This scheme replaces a large house that previously occupied the site. It comprises 12 apartments with private amenity space set within communal gardens. The building has traditional brickwork detailing similar to that of the existing house.
Each apartment is constructed from pre-fabricated timber modules that are factory finished in Latvia and transported by cargo ship to England. Hester Architects Ltd worked closely with the Latvian factory to ensure the modules met the required quality and local building regulations.
The scheme was originally designed by OSP Architecture.
