Warwick Road West Drayton
The site is located within, but on the edge of, West Drayton Town Centre and adjacent to the entrance to West Drayton Train Station, which will be upgraded as part of the forthcoming Crossrail development. In pre-application discussions with the Council, the principle of the loss of the existing employment use and replacement with a mixed residential and retail development was acceptable. The proposal, therefore, comprises 23 residential 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and a 250 sq.m. commercial unit.
Planning was granted February 2014 and is scheme is currently being developed by Careys New Homes and is due for completion mid 2016.
