This site in Feltham was previously owned by The Defence Estates. The scheme comprises 40 one and two bedroom flats arranged in two blocks of 4 and 5 storeys to the northern part of the site and 12 two bedroom houses with private gardens arranged in a stepped terrace to the south.  Two self-contained fully accessible wheelchair bungalows were added to the proposals during the construction phase. 

The scheme utilises load bearing terracotta blocks set in a stack bond arrangement.      

The accommodation is a mix of rented and shared ownership and it is owned and operated by Catalyst Housing Group.
