Catalyst Housing’s Waterside development on Grafton Street, High Wycombe was shortlisted for the Best Medium Development in the recent First Time Buyer Awards.  Hester Architects’ design made the most of the excellent views across the River Wye over the parkland to the Chilterns beyond.  The development has regenerated a very run down former furniture factory site which had stood vacant for many years and was supported by local residents as it offered a high proportion of high quality affordable homes.
