Hope Street, Liverpool has been shortlisted for the Offsite Construction Award 2015.  The Scheme consists of 347 student units and Hester Architects Ltd prepared all of the working drawings to allow the scheme to commence on site in 2014. Volumetric Construction was used throughout the scheme to increase efficiency and reduce site disruption in this city centre location. Hope Street is the tallest timber frame volumetric building in the UK.

The Winner will be announced on Tuesday 1st December 2015.
